November Dental Marketing

Gratitude month, aka November, is FULL of opportunities for dental practices including marketing and community giveback! 

We are almost to the end of the year, and are scurrying around to make the best of Q4! Most practices are in full swing when it comes to end of year benefits expiring along with fitting those patients end who missed earlier in the year, don’t miss out on all of the other marketing ideas!

So what should your primary focus be in November? Start to plan out a Black Friday or Cyber Monday offer for high production procedures. This will also hit home with those who are itching to use up their end of year benefits. Remember while you are ramping up for EOY benefits reminders, be sure you have the capacity in your schedule and plan accordingly! 

As we mentioned before November is gratitude month, which is a great way to add personal touches to be more connected with your patients. 

A few ideas are: 

• Send out email campaigns in regards to thanking them for being loyal patients and wishing them a Happy Thanksgiving.
•  Have team members record short videos saying what they are thankful for and post on social media.
• Participate in a community give back or host your own in-office food drive.
  
• Share your in-office gratitude tree
  

Don’t forget to post your holiday hours for both Thanksgiving and Veterans Day. Include this in your emails as well.

November is also National Diabetes Month. This is another great patient education opportunity. Share articles and resources throughout the month to show how diabetes affects oral health and encourage them to schedule new patient appointments!
